24-Hour Cancellation Policy At MANTRA R.M.T, we value your time and ours. To ensure that we can accommodate all clients and run our practice efficiently, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please call or text 647-354-8001 to do so. Late Cancellations & No Shows: Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in discounts no longer being applicable for future appointments. Additionally, a 50% fee of the total cost of the scheduled service will be charged to reserve your future appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and availability of our services.
